Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a drive to succeed in a competitive market.
Duties:
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and leads
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to promote and sell products or services
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with clients
- Analyze sales data and trends to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to manage customer interactions
- Drive business development initiatives to expand the customer base
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in outside sales or a related field (Previous Sales Experience Required)
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in analyzing sales data and market trends
- Familiarity with technical sales processes is preferred
