What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Relations Representative position at DPHR?
This position will receive orders, requests for quotes, and lead times from customers. Experience with outbound sales calling is preferred.
Pay Rate: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
Schedule: 8:30PM to 5:00PM
Responsibilities
- Receive purchase orders from customers
- Input orders into Microsoft Dynamics
- Acts as first point of contact for customer inquires
- Resolve product problems, delivery and other issues by clarifying customer's complaint
- Communicating and coordinating with other departments to resave issues
- Build and maintain business relationships to build customer loyalty
- Performs other related duties, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- High level of excel knowledge
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain good customer relations.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to learn database and ordering systems.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- One year of experience in customer service or order processing required.
