The Employee Communications Manager will be responsible for getting employees the information they need to have a successful and fulfilling career, and for identifying and optimizing the channels through which they are most likely to receive it. The Manager will also work closely with senior business leaders and members of the broader DPR Communications Brand team to develop fresh. compelling content that celebrates our work, our people and our culture.
Job Responsibilities
Collaborate with People Practices and Communications leaders to develop and implement a comprehensive plan that deepens employee engagement
Serve as storyteller and copy editor, regularly producing, high-quality, compelling content that supports engagement goals
Collaborate and align with internal partners to activate and cascade content, priority messages, and campaigns across the organization
Optimize channel use to reach varied geographic and demographic audiences
Explore innovative approaches to target and connect with hard-to-reach communities
Establish and maintain professional and productive relationships with a wide range of employees at all levels
Collect and analyze data to support understanding of communications tactics and performance; adjust and optimize regularly based on benchmarks and KPIs
Serve as an internal communications consultant sharing insights across DPR whenever appropriate.
Qualifications/Requirements
7 years experience in Internal Communications, Corporate Communications, Brand Marketing, and/or Recruitment Marketing
Experience with content writing and publishing, including, but not limited to newsletters, presentations, marketing materials, blogs, and social media articles
Ability to work in a dynamic environment and manage a high volume of activity
Ability to prioritize and manage expectations across multiple, complex projects/priorities
Experience with and aptitude for social media platforms and digital tools
Strong remote-working interpersonal skills
Successfully proven project and stakeholder management, including executive management
Agency management
Multi-lingual and dispersed workforce experience preferred
Spanish language skills a plus
Location varies, Redwood City, CA preferred
