Responsibilities
- Architect and design Azure-based solutions that meet business requirements, ensuring scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions using Azure services.
- Evaluate and recommend appropriate Azure services, tools, and frameworks based on project requirements and industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, including solution blueprints, technical specifications, and diagrams.
- Lead and participate in technical discussions, providing expert guidance and recommendations on Azure-related topics.
- Implement Azure infrastructure components, such as virtual networks, storage accounts, virtual machines, and identity management solutions.
- Configure and optimize Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, Azure Cosmos DB, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards by implementing appropriate Azure security controls and monitoring mechanisms.
- Hands on experience on Azure DevOps, Azure Kubernetes service
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications and services with Azure.
- Perform troubleshooting and issue resolution related to Azure infrastructure and services.
- Stay up to date with the latest Azure features, services, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Proven experience as an Azure Architect or a similar role, with a strong understanding of Azure services and architecture best practices.
- Extensive experience designing and implementing cloud solutions using Microsoft Azure, including Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Platform as a Service (PaaS), and Software as a Service (SaaS).
- In-depth knowledge of Azure services, such as Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Storage, Azure Networking, Azure Active Directory, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB.
- Proficiency in scripting and automation using PowerShell, Azure CLI, or other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of cloud security principles and experience implementing security controls in Azure environments.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure-as-code tools like Azure Resource Manager (ARM) templates or Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues related to Azure infrastructure and services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and eager to learn new technologies and adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
