Summary
DPS is looking for a Facilities Project Specialist to support a client in Portsmouth, NH. The ideal candidate will be able to independently drive projects forward by collaborating with the following departments/personnel.
Key Responsibilities
- Independently drive projects forward by collaborating with the following departments/personnel:
- Site engineering, Buildings & Maintenance, Electrical, Quality, Security, construction contractors, project managers, Site Comms
- Construction background preferred
- Author scope, schedule, budget, and other project documents.
- Perform authoring of change controls, maintenance plans, drawing redlines
- Execution and management construction activities
- Author and execute detailed site communications with Site Comms team
- Plan and execute day-to-day project items to ensure scope/schedule/budget adherence (i.e. crane work, equipment delivery, etc.)
- Continuously monitor impact of construction activities on daily site operations
- Support daily contractor permitting as needed
- Safe work permit
- Hot Work permit
- LOTO
- Communicate daily issues/problems, escalate as needed
Skills & Qualifications
- A minimum of a bachelor’s degree.
- 4-8 years of relevant GMP experience in pharma/biotech company
- Well versed in cGMP/ICH/FDA/EU regulations and guidelines
