Arcadis DPS Group is seeking a Supply Chain Coordinator to join our Global Supply Chain Management team based in Chandler, AZ. As the Supply Chain Specialist within DPS’ Advanced Technology Group, you will be responsible for supporting process improvement programs related to high-tech industrial construction projects on a global scale.
Successful candidates will have a minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, related to Engineering and Construction, possess strong analytical, problem-solving skills, attention to detail and communication skills.
This position will be based in our Chandler, AZ office and will require the selected individual to live within a commutable distance. US based applicants only. US domestic relocation may be considered.

Responsibilities
- Maintain and schedule accurate calendars, meetings, tracking sheets and other tools as directed.
- Day to day order management, gathering and tracking information regarding schedules, invoices, etc.
- Contact vendors, verify compliance with lead times, check for ETA changes on a frequent basis for “reasonableness” and notify buyers of potential problems.
- Update delivery information and follow up with vendors on late shipments and/or deliveries.
- Work with vendors and GSCM team members to ensure operational risks are escalated, evaluated, and mitigated.
- Maintain databases and supporting files as directed.
- Create unique procurement records in systems and databases.
- Prepare and provide documentation to internal teams and key stakeholders.
- Assist Global Supply Chain Management team on project related tasks.
- Other duties as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a heightened attention to detail.
- Computer proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel based templates, Prolog, Primavera, and Autodesk Suite. Strong MS Excel skills are a must!
- Experience in Procurement and/or Supply Chain within the Engineering and Construction industry preferred and highly desired.
- 1-3 years desired work experience. Past internships directly related to the role will be taken into consideration.
- Diploma or Degree level qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Construction Management, or Business preferred, but not required.
- Ability to provide legal US work authorization documents required.
