What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sawmill Clean-up position at DR Johnson Lumber?
WAGE: DOE
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Greasing bearings, oiling chains, checking oil levels in gearboxes. Maintain oil levels hydraulic units.
· Changing filters on hydraulic units semi-annually and changes oils.
· Maintaining oil levels on automatic oilers. Air compressors.
· Performs preventative maintenance and reports and safety issues, missing guards, unsafe practices, etc., to supervisor.
· Use and maintain proper protective equipment provided to work in a safe manner.
· Verbally reports any unusual conditions to sawmill superintendent.
· Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor.
Must be able to perform within a team environment
