Key Responsibilities:
Booking/scheduling/registration of patients
Greeting patients and assisting in completion of all necessary forms/documentation and data collection
Answering/managing calls and providing information to patients
General administration duties including organization of referrals, management of lab work, inventory management, collection and billing including preparation of claim forms, mailing of billing statements, arrangement of payment schedules
Maintenance of the reception area
Contacting patients regarding Treatment Plans
Safeguarding patient privacy and confidentiality

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
