THE STUFF THAT SETS YOU APART Copywrite for different areas of the business, including but not limited to: e-Commerce, social media, product descriptions, email, blog, landing pages, internal communications, SMS, retail, wholesale, SEO. Work with global counterparts to stay up to date on the latest Dr. Martens tone of voice and copy guidelines. Demonstrate a deep knowledge of the Dr. Martens brand voice, acting as the go to for all copy related questions and feedback. Work with the social team to write all social captions, copy, and develop response matrixes for social campaigns. Copy edit blog content. Present new content ideas and briefing in design team to bring to life. Manage deliverable timelines and internal team collaboration across key stakeholders for on-going and campaign-based projects. Oversee the work assigned to and received back from any freelance copywriter(s) that we may bring on. YOUR FUNDAMENTAL QUALITIES It’s never just a job at Dr. Martens. It’s a way of life. To join our team, you will also possess these qualities: 1-3 years of consumer marketing experience Exceptional project management and time management skills with strong attention to detail. Impeccable writing, editing, grammar and communication skills. Ability to work cross functionally between Retail, eCommerce, Public Relations, and Design Teams. Familiarity with online project management software such as Asana or Wrike. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. International & Domestic travel: 0%. Ability to work at a standard computer set up 40 hours per week, with or without accommodations.
