Duties:
- Oversee the daily operations of the practice, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative and clinical functions.
- Manage and coordinate surgeons' surgery schedules
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures to ensure compliance with medical regulations and standards.
- Handle patient inquiries, scheduling, and follow-up care to maintain a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, billing, and collections.
- Track inventory and supplies.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Collaborate with Dr. Miami and other medical professionals to optimize practice workflows and patient care.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in managing a plastic surgery office.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with patients, staff, and medical professionals.
- Proficiency in medical office software and electronic health records (EHR) systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
