Qualifications, Responsibilities and Job Description:

1. Excellent Communication Skills: Must be able to effectively communicate with clients, understand their needs, and convey information clearly to internal teams.

2. Relationship Building: Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients is crucial for success. Skilled at nurturing relationships, understanding client goals, and ensuring client satisfaction.

3. Problem-Solving Abilities: Encounter many challenges and must be able to quickly identify issues, propose solutions, and resolve conflicts to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

4. Organizational Skills: Manage multiple client accounts requires strong organizational skills. Need to be adept at prioritizing tasks, managing time efficiently, and keeping track of client communications and requirements.

5. Analytical Skills: Analyzing data and metrics related to client accounts to identify opportunities for growth, track performance, and make data-driven decisions.

6. Adaptability: The ability to adapt to changing client needs, industry trends, and internal processes is crucial for success in account management roles.

7. Team Collaboration:  Will work closely with other account managers, clients’ team. Collaboration skills are essential for coordinating efforts and ensuring seamless client and company experiences.

8. Customer Focus: Above all, account managers should be customer-focused, dedicated to understanding and meeting the needs of their clients, and committed to delivering exceptional service and value.

9. Industry Knowledge: Will need to learn, retain, and innovate knowledge and understanding of the health insurance industry and the clients’ revenue cycle management.

10. Software Skills: Efficiently and effectively use computer programs and applications. In addition, be willing and able to learn new skills. SIDECAR utilizes multiple electronic health records software.

11. Full-time hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
