Purpose:

We are seeking a Consumer Claims & DSCSA (Digital Supply Chain Verifier) Coordinator to support the NA consumer claims process. This will include, facilitating claims, supporting documentation and working cross functionally while serving as the primary point of contact for claims. This will be a remote opportunity that will report to the Lead of Customer Service Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Assimilate documentation for customer and consumer credit/ replacement requests relating to claims for validation or dispute. Access customer portals to pull requests and submit documents.
  • Manage consumer claims records within the claims portal for NAG; including oversight to claims closure to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor claims portal for customer/consumer trends review with department leadership and Quality.
  • Research and analyze multiple data sets and/or databases for claim resolution, tracking and trending.
  • Manage Customer Service Consumer Claim calls/ follow up and support of Customer Service Line.
  • Manage VRS requests and ongoing serialization requirements by NAG customers.
  • Support customer inquiries, confirmations, and requests for all serialization (VRS) validation.
  • Liaison between Customer and DPEx teams.
  • Maintain working knowledge of DSCSA requirements & regulations from customer, FDA, and manufacturer aspect.
  • Initiate suspect product investigations where VRS cannot confirm product validity.
  • Maintain master data files of product information for distribution internally and externally.
  • Daily communication with cross functional teams.

Qualifications/Skills: 

  • High School Diploma/GED equivalent required.
  • College Degree and/or 3-5 years of experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint.
  • Experience working with SAP.

Must be a U.S. citizen or lawful permanent resident of U.S. or otherwise authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
