Job Posting for Team Leader Maintenance 2nd Shift at Dr. Schneider Automotive Systems, Inc.
We are looking for 2nd Shift Maintenance Team Leader.
What your job will look like?
Coordination teamwork together with Department Manager and direct the activities of the maintenance technicians.
Planning, organizing and coordinating maintenance crew activities on a specific work shift.
Reports difficult maintenance situations and downtimes due to maintenance to Maintenance Manager.
Supporting, maintaining and interpreting all policies of the company including but not limited to ISO Standards, Health and Safety Requirements, Continuous Improvement, as well as standard work procedures.
Set priorities and distribute tasks (Work Orders) to the team
Studding maintenance work orders and PM schedules, estimating worker requirements and assigning workers for completion of the job assignment.
Oversee correct entries in the spare part systems, Maintenance tracker, BDE etc.
Act as a trainer for all team members (new hires, team members & material handlers): Maintenance Internal Work Procedures, Software/Systems, 5S.
Participate and Reach assigned Department KPI’s.
Performs duty of Maintenance Technician.
Required qualifications?
3 years of experience as Team Lead or Supervisor, preferable.
2 years of experience in Automotive Industry is must.
2 years of Maintenance experience is must.
Electrical and Mechanical experience and technically inclined.
Strong interpersonal, decision making, problem solving skills.
Intermediate PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power Point, Share Point, Outlook)
Effective leadership skills.
Organizational skills.
Problem solving skills.
Time Management skills.
