Prior experience in sprinklers is not necessary, as we provide on-the-job training.

### Responsibilities:

- Assist in installing and maintaining residential and commercial sprinkler systems.

- Participate in diagnostics and minor repairs under guidance.

- Engage in routine tasks such as digging trenches, lifting materials, and carrying equipment.

- Learn the basics of sprinkler system operation and maintenance.

- Adhere to all safety standards and company policies.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the job site and tools.

- Offer basic customer service when required.

### Requirements:

- High school diploma or GED.

- A keen interest in learning new skills, particularly in sprinkler systems.

- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks.

- Strong teamwork and communication abilities.

- Dependable with a strong work ethic.

- Valid driver’s license and reliable means of transportation.

- Previous general labor experience is welcome but not mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Payment frequency:

  • Paid weekly

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

  • Overtime pay

Ability to Relocate:

  • Colorado Springs, CO: Relocate before starting work (Required)
