What are the responsibilities and job description for the Serviceman / Handyman position at Dr. Zak Dental Care?
Looking for a part time Serviceman to help with repairs and maintenance on our buildings and offices. This position requires some knowledge of dental equipment and offices.
Below are the main duties of a Serviceman:
- Help with repairing plumbing systems, fixing company equipment or tools and testing various company appliances to ensure they work properly.
- Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights.
- Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary.
- Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed.
- Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building.
- Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility.

Minimum Qualifications
- Highschool diploma (GED)
- Good transportation
- Ability to travel between locations
- Dental and Building repair Experience and Knowledge
