Draft Beer Technician

Draft Doctor LLC is a multi-state industry leader, specializing in full-service installation & maintenance of draft beer systems. Our business continues to grow and we are currently looking to add motivated, customer service-oriented people to our team in the greater Seattle area.

We have current openings for the entry level position of DRAFT BEER TECHNICIAN. This position is responsible for cleaning draft beer lines at retail accounts. Compensation is based on experience, and NO EXPERIENCE IS REQUIRED. Draft Doctor will provide you the necessary skills to perform the duties. The starting wage is $22.50 per hour. Your overall compensation plan includes the opportunity for performance bonuses and commission incentives for sales and new accounts.

Qualified candidates will have a dependable vehicle they are willing to use for work, a valid driver license and proof of current auto insurance. To be successful in this position you must have the desire to begin your day in the EARLY MORNING. This is a Mon-Fri (rarely holiday or weekend shifts required) routed position with a start time dependant on customer needs. On average this looks like a 6am start time but could be as early as 4am or later than 6am if needed to meet customer and routing needs. Technicians will be expected to work independently, and in groups, receiving necessary support from our experienced team.

Full time employees are eligible for 100% employer covered medical, dental, and vision. Additionally, this position receives a fuel card, $0.25 per mile driven (while on the clock), sick and paid time off, $25 per month cell phone allotment, 401k options, and the opportunity to be a part of a great team.
