Duties/Responsibilities
- Provide assistance to the PM in preparing proposals, including soliciting bids from consultants, organizing internal coordination calls with key stakeholders in other departments, tracking and organizing bid results and preparing the final document for delivery to the customer.
- Display superior work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices to drive results as a team
- Will be responsible for project tracking, data entry and coordination with other team members to ensure accurate deliverable dates are maintained.
- Work with the PM to develop procedures and winning strategies that drive team success
- Assist the PM in preparing/updating project status reports, processing invoices, updating tracking reports, and maintaining files for due diligence and financials.
- Excellent organization and communication; can build rapport easily with both clients and team
- Proficient in the use and application of project technology as required for assigned projects.
- Professional demeaner to thoroughly present projects to a range of professionals including clients, departmental leaders, and C-level management
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, organizational management, business administration or related field required.
- Minimum (3) years of demonstratable experience in a related field of work
