Responsibilities
- Leads, coordinates, and schedules production
- Engages workforce construction activity
- Recommends work schedule and work method adjustments regarding subcontractor activity
- Forecasts work schedule and identifies issues and provides technical or scheduling recommendations
- Small tools procurement
- Coordinate material delivery and pickup
- Manage submittals
- All other tasks assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree Preferred
- 2 years Construction experience
- Knowledge of tool and equipment safety
- Knowledge of union environment
- Knowledge of prevailing wages
