Inventory Admin
Job Posting for Inventory Admin at Dragados-USA
Responsibilities-
Primary:
- Create and maintain spreadsheet system of inventory tracking
- Keep accurate inventory count
- Input Data after on-site Inventory’s
- Heavy data In-put Info to Spreadsheet
- Conduct ongoing on-site Inventory’s (could be weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)
- Report shortages
- All other tasks assigned by manager
Secondary:
- Cross train to assist Purchasing assistant.
- Cross train to help input Field Purchase Orders (FPO)
- Cross train to answer Vendor requests.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Associate's Degree in Business Administration preferred
- At minimum 3 years of inventory/purchasing experience
- Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organization skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to multitask
- Regular attendance - reliable and punctual
- Valid CA Drivers License and satisfactory Driving record
Hourly rate: $25.00-$30.00/hr. (DOE)
