Responsibilities:
- Operate cement transfer pump safely and responsibly to refill other cement silos as needed
- Operate dispatch equipment to load trucks
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot dispatch equipment
- Effectively communicate required work with other departments
- Perform housekeeping duties

All other duties as assigned.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- High school diploma or GED
- Prior experience in cement or heavy industrial manufacturing preferred.
- Must possess strong communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
- Must understand and follow all Standard Operating Procedures.
