What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Off Asst-S/E position at Draper and Kramer Mortgage Corp.?
The primary function of this position is to provide sales focused support to Sales Manager (s) and assistance to their respective sales team. Key communicator to all parties to facilitate smooth file flow, current status on file progress and information on what to expect throughout the process.
- Under general supervision, in accordance with established policies and procedures, performs a variety of receptionist, secretarial and clerical duties. Working as a team with other Loan Processors/Coordinators/Assistants
- Assists the lending officer to gather information required for Consumer and Commercial Loan Applications.
- Extensive contact with customers and the public both on the telephone and through email communication.
- Responsible for procuring documentation needed for condominium approval/warranty by Underwriters from Homeowner’s Associations/Management Companies/Developers/etc.
- Assists lending officer with data entry of loan applications
- Requests necessary condo documentation (questionnaires, governing documentation, budget, master insurance, etc.) from the relevant party and submits to Underwriter for review
- Schedules appointments for loan officers.
- Provides administrative assistance to lending officer
- Prepares and maintains "applications in process/pipeline reports
Ability to provide courteous, knowledgeable and professional customer service both in person and on the telephone.- Ability to perform a wide range of administrative and secretarial skills.
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong/advanced skills operating a personal computer including Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook and navigating the internet.
- Ability to assume responsibility, display initiative, exercise good judgement and make and act upon decisions with minimal supervision. Ability to follow up on requests after 1-2 business days and escalate when needed.
