Dream Automotive is a privately held company, and we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team. We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, has a strong work ethic, and is willing to learn. This position will be responsible for the daily operations of the accounting department. This individual will report directly to our CFO and ownership team.
What we are looking for
- Minimum 3 years of CDK experience.
- Strong knowledge of accounting software and general ledger functions
- Experience in managing office staff and office managers.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

- General Accounting Bank Recon/Cash Mgmt GL, Schedule reconciliation
- Monthly Journal Entries Sales recording/reconciling
- Accrual Basis AR, AP cycle
- Internal Controls Depreciation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $135,000.00 - $155,000.00 per year
