Heat Treat Furnace Operator

Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Furnace Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience with operating and monitoring furnaces in a manufacturing environment.

Schedule: Day and Night Shifts available, 7am to 3pm, 3pm to 11pm, or 11pm to 7am.

Duties:
- Operate and monitor furnace equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Follow established procedures to load materials into the furnace
- Adjust temperature, pressure, and other controls as needed
- Monitor gauges, dials, and indicators to ensure processes are running smoothly
- Perform quality inspections on finished products
- Troubleshoot issues with furnace equipment as they arise
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area

Skills:
- Experience with milling machines and CNC operations
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and maintenance
- Proficiency with hand tools for assembly and fabrication tasks
- Ability to perform quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Familiarity with sheet metal work and fabrication processes
- Knowledge of programming for furnace operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience as a Furnace Operator or similar role preferred

Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience in fabricating metal parts using various techniques
- Familiarity with operating precision measuring instruments for quality control purposes
