We're looking for a detail-oriented, self-motivated Maintenance Technician to work with our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing a range of maintenance activities at our office/warehouse and will cooperate with other staff to ensure the smooth operation of the facility. The Maintenance Technician will be adept at both indoor and outdoor maintenance tasks, will be familiar with all company policies and procedures, and will have a deep commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must have electrical, plumbing, fork lift experience.
Responsibilities:
- Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion
- Estimate time and extent of repairs
- Perform routine preventive maintenance
- Maintain material and supply inventory
- Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and customers.
- Understand and follow basic technical drawings.
- Perform physical tasks to complete assignments.
- Understand safety rules and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in maintenance or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
