• Located in or able to reliably able to commute to the office in Canton, MA (Required)
• Proven leadership in team management.

Responsibilities:
As the Practice Manager at Dream Spa Medical, you'll maintain the owners' ideals and purposes while driving production and upholding policies. You will motivate staff to excel, ensuring they embody our values and deliver exceptional service to our discerning clientele.

Compensation Package:
The base salary is $55,000-$75,000, plus performance-based bonuses. This position is expected to make upwards of $100,000 per year.
