Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to join a high-performance team in the construction industry? DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen is currently hiring for a full-time Sales Liaison position at our Bakersfield, CA location.

You will make a competitive base of $52,000 per year, plus a $250 bonus for every retainer that goes to contract.

You will typically work from 8 am - 5 pm, but after-hour appointments or Saturday shifts may be necessary at times.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A SALES LIAISON

If you meet the following criteria, we want you as our Sales Liaison!

  • Residential construction experience
  • Sales experience
  • Good listening skills and a friendly personality
  • Computer skills


DAY-TO-DAY

This position will be responsible for various tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our office and to provide exceptional customer service to our prospects and clients. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity of our design center and creating a welcoming environment for our visitors. This includes greeting walk-in traffic, answering phone calls, and assisting with pre-qualifying prospects. Additionally, you will be responsible for scheduling and conducting showroom appointments with potential clients. During these appointments, you will have the opportunity to build rapport, understand their wants and needs, explain material options, and provide a guestimated budget range.

You will also guide prospects through the DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen system using our New Client Packet to ensure a clear and thorough understanding of our processes. Once a project is underway, you will work closely with our dedicated team to facilitate the design, estimating, and closing processes. This will involve coordinating with our interior designer, Stevie, and assisting in the preparation of necessary documents and plans. You will have the opportunity to visit customers after their project is completed, expressing gratitude and delivering a small gift as a token of appreciation. Additionally, you may assist the Office Manager with deliveries and other administrative tasks as needed.
