What are the responsibilities and job description for the E-Commerce Associate position at Dreams USA, Inc.?
Great opportunity in a small and growing gift/toy company. We sell to independent retailers across the country, in Canada and South America as well as to national specialty chains. We are looking for a candidate who is a good fit with our quirky product and engaged team. Strong communication and organizational skills, attention to detail and the ability to work independently are required. Experience with MS Office needed. Previous work with Shopify and/or WooCommerce a plus.
This position will be structured to suit the experience and talents of the eventual hire. Areas of responsibility will include all or part of the following: Maintaining and updating our eComm websites; developing motivating email campaigns and programs to generate higher online conversions; communicating with consumers, dealers and sales reps; processing orders, responding to inquiries, resolving problems; working with our third-party warehouse to facilitate shipments.
