The position involves working directly with customers and helping them find the right look. The ideal candidates will have one year of experience in retail on trend fashion, strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately ring up purchases in an efficient manner.
- Meet or exceed sales goals.
- Work well with other employees as a team.
- Have a good sense of on trend fashion and current styles.
- Answer questions about products and offer stylish recommendations.
- Ensure that store displays are attractive and neat.
- Inventory new merchandise.
