Booking Agent

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Booking Agent to join our team. As a Booking Agent, you will be responsible for securing and managing bookings for our clients in the entertainment industry. Your role will involve negotiating contracts, coordinating schedules, and ensuring client satisfaction. Duties:
- Identify and recruit talented individuals for representation
- Develop and maintain relationships with venues, promoters, and other industry professionals
- Negotiate contracts and secure bookings for clients
- Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics for client performances
- Manage client schedules and ensure all contractual obligations are met
- Collaborate with marketing team to promote client events through social media marketing
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to maximize opportunities for clients

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition or booking management
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to secure favorable contracts
- Excellent sales and networking abilities
- Knowledge of the entertainment industry and current market trends
- Proficiency in social media management for promotional purposes
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.

Job Types: Contract, Internship

Pay: $21.16 - $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 per week
