ABOUT THE ROLE
Positive enthusiastic winning attitude!
Phone calls to Customers/Vendors
Understand basic Construction practices and building components
Typing Sales Tickets & Deliveries
Must be comfortable with computers
Understand Product Knowledge
Work with house plans to verify critical components of the project.
Work with multiple Component manufacturers to obtain quotes, place orders & review acknowledgements.
Comfortable with Estimating
Work with multiple account managers & customers to address a variety of needs and concerns.
Ensure that issues are addressed within 48 hours per the Team Blue "48 hour solution resolution."
Answer customer service phone calls and assist walk-in customers with a smile!
As you grow in your role you will assist in training and motivating new team members
