- Greet and place Vendors/Customers
- Assist walk-ins & direct to appropriate individuals
- Answer and assist phone calls & handle inquires professionally
- Keep updated inventory levels for Office Supplies
- Multi-tasking ability & detail oriented
- Responsible for light Housekeeping duties in the office; presentation of office and entryways
