We are currently seeking a Human Resources Admin with a dual focus on Operations and F&B to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions while also assisting with various operational tasks related to our food and beverage department. This is a unique opportunity to wear multiple hats and make a significant impact on our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, off boarding, and benefits administration.
Assist with recruitment efforts, including job posting, resume screening, and scheduling interviews.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
Serve as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries and provide timely and accurate responses.
Assists with facilitating staff meetings and events.
Coordinate training and development initiatives for employees.
Provide administrative support to the Food and Beverage team including running reports, managing paperwork, and maintaining records.
Create purchase orders for all invoices.
Assist with tracking actual and forecasted expenses against budgeted expenses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in HR administration and/or operational coordination.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS software.
Knowledge of F&B operations and experience in handling invoices and orders is preferred.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data management.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to think creatively and find solutions.
