Overview:
StellarMed Mobile Transport is a BLS/Wheelchair transport company. We are seeking a skilled Division Chief to join our team. The Division Chief will oversee and manage a specific division within our organization, ensuring efficient operations and high-quality patient care.

Duties:
- Provide leadership and direction to staff
- Develop and implement divisional policies and procedures
- Monitor division performance metrics and implement improvements as needed
- Ensure seamless patient care
- Conduct regular meetings with staff to address concerns and provide guidance
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements

Requirements:
- Ability to drive initiatives and lead a team effectively
- Experience in critical care and triage settings
- Certification in basic life support (BLS)
- Proficient in patient assessment techniques
- Capable of heavy lifting when necessary
- Familiarity with durable medical equipment (DME)
- Previous experience working in a hospital setting

-Works closely with EMS Billing contracted vendor to ensure best practices are being utilized.

Assist in growing the company throughout ENC

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
