Your Mission:
The Warehouse Admin is responsible for
getting the right product to the right customer on time and damage free by managing
the daily flow of the orders throughout the warehouse. The primary product lines you’ll oversee
include our sturdy medical devices, ranging from canes to wheelchairs, in-home
hospital bends and everything in between. These products are critical to the
lives of our customers and you’ll be a part of leading this team in driving
best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and of course, our People.
Main
Activities
- Motivating, organizing and encouraging
- Assist in developing processes within
- Responsible for releasing the orders
- Communicating with the Supply change
timely manner.
- Monitoring regular reports (examples
- Working with the shipping supervisor
- Check for proper safety measures while
- Develop an attitude of support and foster
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe
- Other duties may be assigned.

Your Education and Experience:
Required:
- H. S. Diploma or equivalent
- Read and speak English
- Basic math skills
- Proficient in MS Office Suite, notably Word, Excel, Outlook & PowerPoint
- Analytic and proficient with numbers
- Excellent communication and follow-up skills
Preferred but not Required:
- SAP or Warehouse Management System experience
- UPS/FedEx processing/billing type of experience
Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that
will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements
of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking,
standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50
lbs. - Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be
subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
