Your Mission:
You will lead the team in auditing Full truck loads prior to shipping using SAP and all necessary software and ensure that all orders are audited correctly. The Truckload Lead is responsible for promoting and executing consistent operating conditions, courteous and prompt service and a friendly atmosphere. The primary product lines you’ll oversee include our sturdy medical devices, ranging from canes to wheelchairs, in-home hospital bends and everything in between. These products are critical to the lives of our customers and you’ll be a part of leading this team in driving best-in-class metrics in Safety, Quality, Service, and of course, our People.
Main Activities
- Accurately audit orders in a timely manner
- Using the ERP system SAP, prepare parcel shipping documents and truck/air freight shipping documents.
- Coordinate pickup times with LTL carriers
- Assist to coordinate the daily operations of a crew between 6-8 personnel.
- Stage and process domestic and international parcel shipments.
- Assist with the staging process of truck/air freight shipments, including proper piece/unit counts on packing list and bill of lading for both domestic and international shipments.
- Use RF Scanner to scan products
- Verify orders are complete prior to shipping
- Wrap pallets to get them ready for shipment
- Stack product according to appropriate method
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe work area
- Demonstrate an attitude of support and foster participation in the environment of continuous improvement.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Your Education and Experience: Required:
- H. S. Diploma or equivalent.
- Read and speak English.
- “Lead and direct” experience.
- Basic computer skills, eg. PC, labeling software, MS Office (Outlook, Word and Excel), RF scanners. Preferred but not Required:
- SAP or Warehouse Management System experience.
- UPS/ FedEx processing/billing type of experience
Your Physical Demands/Work Environment:
- Must possess sight/hearing senses or use prosthetics that will enable these senses to function adequately so that the requirements of this position can be fully met. Physical activity includes walking, standing, bending, squatting, reaching above shoulders and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Performs activities in a warehouse environment. May be subject to changes in temperature and exposure to dust.
