Sales Representative Genesis International

Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new sales leads through various channels
• Make outbound calls to sell company products
• Maintain a professional company image at all times
• Identify opportunities to improve sales performance
• Recommend improvements to boost the performance of the sales team
• Monitor market conditions in relation to competitors
• Build strong and successful relationships with clients
• Deal with various technologies and equipment to fulfill the job requirements
• Travel to service areas when required to represent the company and achieve the assigned goal
• Average first-year compensation range of $50k-$70k
• Work from the physical Genesis International office location required

Qualifications:

• A bachelor's degree is required
• 2 years of outside sales experience
• Outbound cold calling experience preferred
• Self-motivated and driven
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong customer service and rapport
• Highly motivated to meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Great persuasive and negotiation skills
• Good interpersonal and presentation skills
• Proficient in technology and dealing with equipment and software
• Able to travel as required of the job (possible travel = 5-10%)
