As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the overall car wash experience for our clients while maximizing revenue through membership sales and wash upgrades. Responsibilities: Membership Sales: Actively promote and sell car wash memberships to customers. Educate customers on the benefits of membership, including cost savings, convenience, and exclusive perks. Maintain a thorough understanding of different membership tiers and tailor recommendations based on customer needs. Premium Wash Sales: Upsell top category premium car washes and upgrades to enhance the customer's experience. Provide detailed information on available premium washes, ensuring customers are aware of the value-added services to get their car the cleanest. Demonstrate a proactive approach to suggesting premium washes and thoroughly execute the 5-step sales process. Customer Service: Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner. Assist customers in selecting the most suitable wash packages and upgrades. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Payment Processing: Handle cash and electronic transactions accurately. Provide receipts and ensure customers are informed about payment details. Maintaining Cleanliness: Keep the car wash area clean and organized. Perform routine inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly. Report any maintenance issues promptly. Requirements: Sales Experience: Proven experience in sales or a customer-facing role — especially retail or door to door sales. Ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner. Positive attitude and friendly demeanor. Customer Focus: Strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to build rapport and establish long-term customer relationships. Must be able to walk, stand, bend, stoop, twist, etc. for extended periods of time and perform activities involving holding, grasping, pulling, and turning. Must be willing to work in hot/cold weather conditions if necessary.
