JOB DESCRIPTION:
Provides administrative support including, customer service, completing paperwork, filing, and record keeping. Entry-level position typically requiring little to no prior knowledge or experience.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative work such as scheduling, making travel arrangements, agendas, support to clerical and other support staff
- Maintains office supplies and inventory, documentation, and filing with attention to complex filing standards for sensitive information
- Work is routine and closely supervised
- Communicates information that requires little explanation or interpretation
- Performs other duties as assigned
Skills/Qualifications/Physical Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Able to sit, bend or stand at least 80% of the time
- Capable of working any day of the week including Sundays
- Must be able to lift 10lbs at one time
- Basic computer skills. Ability to use a keyboard and a mouse to correctly collect and enter information into any required computer system
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks to accomplish goals
- Motivated self-starter who is willing to work independently and with teams
