We are looking for a detailed-oriented and efficient Data Entry Specialist to join our team. As a Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for inputting and updating data into our system, ensuring its accuracy and completeness. Your attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to work well under pressure will be critical to your success in this role.

Responsibilities

  • Enter and update data into our system accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify the accuracy and completeness of all entered data.
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity by performing regular data cleaning and validation.
  • Conduct regular data quality checks to identify and resolve any issues.
  • Generate reports and analyze data as needed.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data entry processes.
  • Assist in data migration projects as necessary.
  • Provide support to other departments by retrieving and entering data upon request.
  • Follow standard operating procedures and maintain a high level of data confidentiality.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Data Entry Specialist or similar role.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors and inconsistencies.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficient in data entry software and systems.
  • Ability to work independently and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of data cleansing and validation techniques.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with data migration tools and processes.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technology and software.
