Responsibilities:
1. Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, networking events, and referrals.
2. Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to achieve sales targets.
3. Conduct in-depth needs assessments with clients to understand their staffing requirements.
4. Present and demonstrate our staffing solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition and benefits.
5. Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with clients to secure new business partnerships.

Requirements:
