As we continue to grow, we are seeking a skilled Drone Pilot with a Part 107 certification, experience in insurance or roofing industries, and a willingness to travel extensively.

Responsibilities:

• Operate drones for a variety of missions, including individual property inspections and larger scale mapping/photogrammetric projects.
• Travel to and manage multiple project sites as required, ensuring timely and efficient data collection.
• Adhere strictly to FAA regulations and local laws during all drone operations.
• Maintain, inspect, and manage drone equipment, ensuring readiness and safety for all flights.
• Collaborate closely with data analysts to ensure accurate data collection for client deliverables.
• Prepare detailed flight plans, conduct pre-flight checks, and submit comprehensive post-mission reports.

Requirements:

• FAA Part 107 certification is mandatory.
• Proven experience in the insurance or roofing sectors, with a strong preference for candidates who have handled both inspection and mapping missions.
• Willing and able to travel frequently as part of the job requirements.
• High proficiency with various types of drone technology and software applications related to drone operations.
• Excellent attention to detail, with a strong emphasis on safety and compliance in all operations.
• Capable of working independently and managing work while traveling.
• Effective communication skills, essential for teamwork and client interactions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with thermal imaging and multispectral sensors.
• Background or training in geographical information systems (GIS).
• Knowledgeable in drone maintenance and technical troubleshooting.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
