We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Manager to join our team. As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage with our audience, and drive website traffic. If you have a passion for digital marketing and a knack for creating engaging content, we want to hear from you!

Duties:

- Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company goals

- Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Tik Tok

- Create and curate engaging content that aligns with our brand voice and values

- Create Trending Reels and monitor social media Algorithms

- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback

- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging across all channels

- Analyze social media data and generate reports on key metrics

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing

Experience:

- Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role

- Strong knowledge of relationship management principles and digital marketing techniques

- Proficient in using Adobe Illustrator for graphic design and photo editing

- Experience in photography is a plus

- Excellent research skills to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities

- Familiarity with tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer for scheduling posts

- Proficient in using Adobe Creative Suite for content creation

- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills

- Experience with social listening tools to monitor brand mentions and sentiment analysis

- Familiarity with Google Analytics to track website traffic and user behavior
