We are currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift CNC Lathe Machinists for our Midland, NC location.

Responsibilities:
- Read and understand drawings and operation sheets including knowledge of GD&T.
- Ability to run CNC Lathe required – with minimal supervision.
- Ability to set-up and debug CNC lathes preferred.
- Ensure all standard quality procedures are followed such as machine set-up, operation, inspection, documentation, and material handling.
- Document the required in-process inspection dimensions.
- Maintain clean, organized, safe work environment following all safety standards and requirements.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- CNC Lathe experience
- Demonstrated skill working in a team environment
- High school diploma/GED
- Must have a positive attitude
- Experience in precision component manufacturing preferred
