We are currently seeking candidates for our Winsted, CT Location:
Experienced Polisher - Hand Finish -Deburr

Traditional first shift Monday - Friday OR Evenings 4-day work week – 3 Day Weekend - Every Friday, Saturday & Sunday Off.
Responsibilities:
- Deburr and hand finish aerospace components/parts as required by specifications using established procedures, machines and tooling.
- Ability to use a wide variety of basic deburr and hand finish tools, both electric and pneumatic such as (right angle grinder, orbital sanders and hand finish tools and equipment).
- Frequently perform work and inspection of precision parts.
- Perform rework assignments as required
- Ensure all parts paperwork and documentation is completed properly
- Enter all data as required
Requirements:
- 1 -3 years’ experience in deburr, assembly, Helicoil, Ink stamp or part marking as well as touch up of plated or painted parts Ability to take direction very well and you must get along well with others
- Outstanding punctuality and attendance
