Finance & Payroll Coordinator
Portland, Maine
Drummond Woodsum is seeking a finance & payroll coordinator to join its back office team. This is a full-time position, working out of our Portland, Maine office. Our back-office team is a close-knit, hard-working group that supports various functions essential to the operations of our firm. We look forward to hearing from qualified, interested candidates.
Responsibilities will include:
- Processing updates in the firm’s HRIS and payroll system
- Processing various payrolls (bi-weekly payroll, monthly fee agreements, and backup for weekly reimbursement processing)
- Provide backup coverage for non-exempt timecard processing
- Prepare timekeeper and financial reports as needed from our time & billing system
- Support electronic billing matters
Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Previous payroll and financial reporting experience a plus

Salary : $135,000 - $150,000
