Drummond Woodsum is seeking a finance & payroll coordinator to join its back office team. This is a full-time position, working out of our Portland, Maine office. Our back-office team is a close-knit, hard-working group that supports various functions essential to the operations of our firm. We look forward to hearing from qualified, interested candidates.

Responsibilities will include:

• Processing updates in the firm’s HRIS and payroll system
• Processing various payrolls (bi-weekly payroll, monthly fee agreements, and backup for weekly reimbursement processing)
• Provide backup coverage for non-exempt timecard processing
• Prepare timekeeper and financial reports as needed from our time & billing system
• Support electronic billing matters

Qualifications:

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Strong familiarity with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
• Previous payroll and financial reporting experience a plus
