Dry Cleaning Plus is a family owned business located in Cedar Rapids, IA. We are looking for a person that can help run the sales counter working with customers. Also would help with the dry cleaning helping with the daily operations of the small business of dry cleaning and the laundromat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the efficient and smooth day-to-day operation of the business. We have an opening for a reliable individual with a positive attitude. On the Dry-Cleaning side we need someone that is responsible for taking in orders, processing finished orders, handling customer needs. Work with dry cleaned or laundered garments in a timely manner, according to established quality standards. This position will over see operations and may require operation of steam, hydraulic or other pressing machines to remove wrinkles from garments and other textiles, hanging and bagging for delivery and customer sales. It would be great to have a drivers license for deliveries if needed.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the setup of equipment and begin working operations as needed.
  • Insure that machines are clean, and organized.
  • Keep work areas clean and organized at all times and assist customers with drop offs.
  • Insure operations are completed on time. Helping with customers with pickups and sales.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Benefits:

  • On-the-job training

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
