We are hiring a Water Remediation Technician to join our team. Our technicians are the face of our organization. The starting Pay Range is $17.00/hr-$20.00/hr. They serve as the first contact point for someone in a traumatic situation and have the knowledge and skills to bring them back from disaster. This position is an ideal opportunity for those who have restoration experience and love to work with their hands.
The Pay Range for this position is $17-20/hour, depending on experience.

What You'll Do:
- Collaborate closely with management team to ensure high quality customer service
- Communicate in a friendly and professional manner with all team members and customers
- Follow company policies to maintain safety, quality, and professional image
- Drive company vehicle to and from job sites, following all State traffic laws and company regulations to ensure safety
- Sell Dry Force services after proper training
- Complete demolition tasks after proper training
- Use phone and tablet to document drying progress after proper training

What We Need from You:
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- IICRC certifications in water damage or mold remediation preferred
- At least 1 year of structural restoration experience preferred
- 2 years each of construction experience and customer service experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50 lbs
- Valid Texas driver’s license
- Clear criminal background
- Ability to pass a drug test
