As a Bartender/ Receptionist at Drybar, you are responsible for providing excellent client experiences, facilitating shop flow, reporting daily sales results, etc. We also expect our Bartenders to contribute to the success of the team and the shop.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Lead client experience from check-in to check-out, ensuring Drybar standards are upheld
- Facilitate shop flow: Check in and out clients, assign clients to Stylists, and delegate tasks to Stylists and Assistants.
- Maintained bar and retail display appearance.
- Create a bar-like atmosphere by engaging with clients and team members.
- Cash handling and operating point of sale system
- Train new Bartenders: thoroughly educates new Bartenders on Booker, Drybar’s core values, and Bartender Non-Negotiables to set up a new hire for success.
- Cash handling

WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Productive working in a fast-paced, loud environment
Schedule:
- opening shifts: 6:45am-Noon
- closing shifts: Noon- 7pm
Wage
- $15.80 per hour plus commission
