Job Summary: The Area Manager is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operations activities in an assigned territory. You will assume responsibility for the overall success of the stores by setting targets, supervising store managers, and ensuring they are attained. Effective area managers are skilled in managing diverse operations from a distance. They have a strategic mindset and are excellent leaders. Excellent abilities in financial and operations planning are essential for the role. The goal is to ensure our stores will meet and exceed expectations of business development and efficiency. Must travel to all studio locations but will mainly be operating from a designated home location.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Hire and train salon management.
- Organize and oversee the schedules, territories, and performance of Shop Managers.
- Conduct performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Participate in the discipline and termination of salon employees in accordance with company policy.
Primary Job Functions:
- Provide leadership to the assigned region, overseeing operations activities and salons.
- Reviews and analyzes territory sales and operational records and reports
- Monitor progress toward set goals, and develop strategies to attract and retain customers.
- Identify opportunities for improvement in the assigned salons; designs and implements training, strategies, goals, and other resources to maximize productivity and morale.
- Schedule and direct regular sales meetings and events to share information, set and revise goals, and to increase morale.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to develop territories, sales quotas, and strategies.
- Maintain knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience:

- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times'
