Job Description:
DS Tech is seeking to hire a Customer Advocate / Account Manager with the following qualifications:
Required Skills & Duties:
- 3 years’ experience in a customer service role
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter who can follow a task to its completion
- Meeting with clients (developing new accounts, maintaining existing accounts)
- Respond to sales requests (emails, quotes, demonstrations)
- Monitor & update the status of opportunities
- Develop relationships with clients to understand their business needs while delivering concierge level service
- Consult with clients on how DS Tech can help them achieve their objectives
- Develop a deep understanding of clients’ needs, resources, and recommend the appropriate solutions to satisfy their demands
- Maintain in-depth product knowledge of the service offerings of DS Tech & an understanding of industry trends
- Provide reports to Sales Manager
- Respond to operations team requests
- Monitor & update the status of service requests
- Receiving products, purchasing products, and light quoting
- Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by DS Tech
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable & insured vehicle
- Reliable work record
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Client relationship management experience is preferred
- IT Industry knowledge or interest in growing in the field
- Have exceptional customer service skills and a positive “can-do” attitude.
- Above average verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Possess logical problem-solving skills. Professionally respond to telephone calls, emails, and web-based service requests

Salary & Benefits:
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule: 8-hour day shift: Monday- Friday: 8am-5pm
